Located in Piazza XXIV Maggio, Gipsy Restaurant is an eclectic bistro that blends industrial elements with bohemian details, creating a dynamic and inviting atmosphere. MaisonP designed the space to emphasize materiality and light, with every element contributing to the overall composition.
The interiors combine warm and raw textures: dark wood, natural concrete, and brushed metal are paired with soft fabrics and brass accents. The brick walls, painted in electric blue enamel, introduce a bold color that energizes the space. Tobacco-colored sofas, upholstered with refined capitonné detailing, add depth and comfort to the lounge areas, while solid wood tables and brushed metal chairs maintain the balance between warmth and industrial rigor.
