In the heart of Milan, between rationalist architecture and the green of Basiliche Park, Insparya opens its new hair care clinic—an unexpected intersection of medicine, hospitality, and interior design. Conceived by architect Luca Piccinno, the project breaks from conventional clinical design, offering a spatial experience closer to that of a boutique hotel.
Covering 1,400 m² over two levels, the layout follows a precise narrative. On the ground floor, a 90 m² reception lounge is entirely wrapped in MAFI wood, which flows seamlessly across floors, walls, and ceiling. Custom furniture, suspended planters, and natural tones shape a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Ceramic wall finishes by ITALGRANITI and integrated mirrors add understated elegance.
The upper floor is dedicated to treatment: 14 FUE transplant rooms, including three VIP suites with park views. A funnel-shaped corridor connects the rooms, shifting in tone and depth through inclined doors, recessed niches, and soft textile panels. The rhythm is punctuated by built-in wardrobes and curated artworks, all grounded by 60×60 recycled floor tiles.
Natural light enters through wide windows, supported by vertical LED lighting designed to elevate spatial perception. Across waiting areas, lounges, meeting rooms, and dining spaces, emotional well-being remains central. Furnishings by PEDRALI, MIDJ, MANERBA, and kitchens by ARREDO3 complete the interiors. The result is a human-centered clinic that redefines wellness through light, silence, and thoughtful design.
